Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling Charges

Order Value is equal to the subtotal of all items ordered. A surcharge will be added for handling. Microcinema uses Fedex or the US Postal Service for all USA domestic shipments and International Shipments, except in Europe. For Europe, Microcinema uses the fulfillment company TDS, who ships by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or DHL.

Delivery Times

Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive. International orders may take 4 days longer.

Other Exceptions and Restrictions

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than specified. Items ordered together may ship separately. There is no delivery on holidays.

International Shipping Charges

The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges will appear during the checkout process, before payment is entered. For more information about international shipping, you can contact us.

Restrictions

Please be advised that we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq. This list is not complete.

Some films and programs may also not be available in your region due to rights issues. We will refund you if this is the case.

Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping an item to a destination outside the U.S.


Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you have received an item that is defective or incorrect (wrong order), Microcinema will exchange your item (or refund your purchase price if we are out of stock) if you report such defectiveness to the email within 72 hours after you receive the item. We will immediately follow up with you on how to properly return the item. We will issue you a RAN number (Return Authorization Number). Once you receive this number, you must immediately ship the item via traceable UPS ground or USPS priority delivery confirmation to the seller with a description of the problem. Microcinema will refund the purchase price of a returned item when once we confirm receipt of the item (shipping not included). You will only be reimbursed $4.00 for shipping for US domestic deliveries.

Opened Items:

We can not provide refunds for opened, non-defective items. PLEASE NOTE that some of our products are not shrink-wrapped, therefore if you have opened the box the item was shipped in, we consider it "opened." Order Cancellations/Changes:

To cancel or change an order, you must submit the request via email to and put the Order # in the subject of the message. If the order has already been processed and cannot be canceled, you can return the purchase.
